This Chardonnay is made in the Burgundian style- bright, crisp acidity. It sings with a confectionary quality, with notes of lemon verbena, tropical pineapple, and just a hit of buttered toast. It's the perfect end to a warm day, or really any day. I consider our 2022 Chardonnay to be the Golden Child of Jaffe Family Wines.
